Then my mother who is 93-years old called to cancel and they gave her all 3 televisions with every station for $79 per month.So, it seems like the people on the phone have an amazing amount of latitude to adjust prices to keep customers.Otherwise, I am a fairly tech savvy person and I don't know any way to connect 3 televisions with one box so users can all choose different channels.Perhaps, you should make it clear in your agreement with your renters that one television picks up all the stations and the other televisions pick up only antenna stations.

Hide the wires, ( power and antenna, cable, etc), either in the wall or use on of those paintable plastic wire cover things.

(it probably won't raise the rent, but to me it looks dumpy).Note: I had an electrician in another state tell me he considered all electrical in a home over 50 years old to be at the end of its service life (might be something else to discuss with an electrician).As for the giant moon-raker antenna's on the roof, I would consider moving them to pipes in the backyard if possible, to save the wind stress on the roof and make re-roofing easier (theft from the pipes though???).

It all seems pretty reasonable and thorough punch list only thing that send my antenna up is the comment about spot painting and "trying" to color match a bunch of mismatch color & sheets can make it look hodge podge very quickly.

I also state: no smoking inside the house, late fees for rent ($50 per month), $45 fee for insufficient funds, lease automatically renews for 60 days at 125% of the rent unless landlord or tenant gives notice to terminate the agreement, overnight guests limited to 5 consecutive days, no nails and scotch tape on the walls to hang items on the wall and use of Command hooks/tape for damage free hanging, no antennas and satellite dishes shall be erected, tenants responsible for landscraping (mowing the lawn), snow removal in driveways and walkway to front door, and cleaning dryer vent.
