@Chris Clothier, I lived in Memphis for a few years in med school so I know the city fairly well.

So I just held them.At least I think I'm worried, I am now on blood pressure med's.

I was 10 flights from track select and got thrown on med hold.

Hello, I'm an infrequent landlord, and have never had roommates (med students) as tenants, so am unsure what this answer is.  

I'm currently at work and doped on cold/flu med to combat the plague I've contracted heh.

This is an on-going concern not only with real estate but small/med size business in general.  

You either buy or you rent seasonlly, I feel pretty fortunate to have this med student leasing my place for the next few years.

The part of Thirdward that's close to the med center had 500k plus homes and plenty of multi family.
