Calabria says people in financial distress because of the coronavirus can just verbally testify to that over the phone with their lender.

Erin and I are hosting a discussion about the effects of the coronavirus on real estate and lending in Denver and Colorado Springs this Monday, 3/23, if anyone is interested.

My question is, what does a delinquency (can only assume they are meaning, tenant delinquencies, since the email really didn't elaborate)  have to do with repair work orders.  Maybe, I'm missing something here, please...

First of all, the world is in corona virus lockdown; and our countries economy is being hit hard from it.

I am curious what others are hearing and doing during this coronavirus time.

CORONAVIRUS IS AFFECTING COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATEWe have an office/retail building and our retail clients are having a difficult time with the shutdowns related to the coronavirus.  

If the buyer can cover the payments then he is in a good position to ride out this coronavirus recession and start making money.

So, I have an opportunity to buy a house for roughly 20% below current market value (of course I'm sure this will change now with the coronavirus and ensuing economic instability).

I reserve the right to be wrong, but with the entire world working on vaccines and treatments, my bet is that the threat posed by the Corona virus will fade significantly in the next several months.
