DiTrento: A friend of mine came  across this property called "The Burnham" in Nashville TN.it seems like you Lease it and they let you air bnb it.Looks like they take. 25% fee.Seems to be a pretty busy place and a lot of people stay there.Does anyone know about this place or places like this?

I was able to buy a duplex about a year ago and turn the other side into an Air Bnb and now it pays my mortgage and some more. 

We had a flight home from Seattle on Alaska Air the other day. 

I'm an engineer, medically retired Air Force veteran.

I've got a few properties that would really benefit from updated heating/cooling systems. 1 duplex I have has electric baseboard heat / window AC (Old 1880s property, no crawlspace or basement, no existing ductwork), another I'd like to add central air too, and a 3rd that has old gas wall furnaces / window AC that I would replace with mini splits (again no ductwork). 

This leaves a gap where most air from the shower can rise up into the void above the drop ceiling. 

Not really interested in the short term or Air BnB ?
