This is especially true in San Diego but true in most markets The reason is interest rates have more than double what since q1 2022 and in San Diego RE prices have continued to increase.

They fail to understand the PMC's hourly rate has a built-in markup for profit.

We're going to see insurance rates climb for quite a while.
