@Forrest WilliamsYou can buzz that off with a diamond saw on a grinder, you could also trim the portion of the schluter edge off that would normally sit under the tile and just use your colour match caulk to adhere it to the tile edge.

Both ethernet and BNC/analog have delicate connectors and should probably be covered up when not connected to anything.You could write up an addenda or letter giving permission to install their own cameras without waiving their responsibility for repairing any damage that causes
