There is a REIA meeting in Clearwater that meets on Thursday mornings and one that meets on Monday at 7pm at Hibachi restaurant on 49th street in Pinellas Park (7 pm).

To really get on their good side, you can also provide a gas grill for cooking out with patio furniture.

I'd grill them on how and where they marketed the unit and if it was lacking give the new PM a shot at it for a month.

One of the best is the Jet event every third Wednesday at the Texans bar and grille in city center.

Its at the RAM Bar & Grill next to the Lakewood Shopping Center. 

It seems like it would be hard to properly grill a sponser about a deal if your are a few thousand miles away and don't know a lot about that particular market.  

They splash out of steaks, a new grill, etc.And if they win big, they get a new car, etc.If you earn $100k, you spend $100k.People cannot break that cycle of spending everything they have.And despite all these gurus pretending it's easy, this is still a rich man's (and woman) game and it takes money to play this game.

Our primary focus was to make the shopping center focused on active living. to that extent, we had a gym, physical therapy and physician, a great sports grill & bar, and other companies who's business dealt with active living.
