Food, water, shelter, the 3 fundamental human needs. 

And then you look at food or generally the quality of life for most people, it could be so much better! 

Any greater is not even really worth planning for because you're going to be looking for guns and food, not fiddling with your investments.

Certainly some food for thought here.

I have them sign addendums to the lease that state how to treat areas of the home, ex: kitchen sink, no grease/food items (scrape your plate in the trash) toilet: only the 3 P's, no flushable anything, I even provide them 4 high quality AC filters and have them set a reminder on their phone.I like the phone reminder.

Places like New York, San Diego, and Seattle are experiencing stronger demand as travelers return for concerts, food, and all the other aspects of urban life have to offer.

Why is it an accepted notion in USA that government get's to instruct Landlords for what there pricing is to be yet virtually everything else in life, the food you eat, the things you drink, the fuel you need to get to and from work, that can just run buck-wild because "it's the market"....... 

The dishwasher doesn’t work now but they did not say a word (it worked the entire time because it was caked with food and I went to the home several times).

Now we're seeing major disasters in densely populated areas and insurance companies can't maintain their profit margins.

Hate to miss Gatlinburg, though.I wonder how many others have the same concerns about storm damage, availability of lodging, gas and food in the area and how it affects your local STRs.So the travel issue is really on I-40 through the Pigeon River Gorge.
