I did not realize that Cincinnati was generally regarded as one of the first great American boomtowns, and the Over the Rhine area was once the pride of the city, and boasts some of the most astounding Itallianette architecture that is rivaled by nowhere else in the U.S.You may recognize the area as the location of the 2001 race riots in Cincinnati that turned pretty ugly.

What sucks about this is Obama has raw salemanship talent that rivals Clinton but he has this near sociopath need to be the smartest guy in the room at all times....and he's not.

I have always agreed with this(that's why I flip)but right now in California I think buy and hold can rival any area.Example being my last three flips.

Logic tells me that if I figure the extra land is worth $200K, that if I refinish this home to rival the others, that I can market it in the $800s.I've considered subdividing it, but it is 30' short of frontage to have 2 homes unless they are semi-detached by use of a breezeway or garage. 

I think it is better to dissolve HOA, than have an increase that rivals HOA's on the Vegas Strip like Mandarian Oriental.

There are other C class areas that rival this, and then there are of course higher risk/higher reward areas that I love, but that OOS investors are often a little nervous about.

The only other town that rivals Austin as a prime destination for relocation is Nashville.
