Nashville has a sidewalk ordinance.

Occasionally you may have the homeless guy zig zagging down the sidewalk pushing his shopping cart next to the lady jogging with her baby in a stroller.

Glass block windows are good.Looks like there is central air.Someone may have to deal with sidewalk out front. concrete is missing in front of the treeDriveway needs a look, looks like the asphalt need repaired/replaced.Roof needs a closer look.

Don't go trespassing just to find out about the trash cans, toys, flowers, etc, but my understanding is that if you are standing on the public street or on the public sidewalk, anything you can see from that location is knowledge you can use.

Curb and gutter , water and sewer , electric , paving , possible sewage pump station , fire hydrants , street lighting , sidewalks , storm drains and storm water management pits .

Like "switch plate cover in bathroom is cracked"  or "sidewalk should slope at 12 degrees and it only slopes 9 degrees".

First, the tenants were less than diligent with pulling cans out, and worst in retrieving it, cans roll around the sidewalk for days.
