In my area, once the initial lease period is over (and yours is), I can charge rent over the S8 standard, and the tenant can pay the difference.

Now, we have enough batteries and chargers to make it not worth switching brands.If you decide to buy, look at the newer tool options where you can simply switch out the heads, and use a couple basic tool bodies.

As I understand the material on Bigger Pockets, you charge rent, save half for reserves/repairs, then use the other half to pay the mortgage, and what's left over from that second half is your cash flow.
