How do they ensure the data is updated daily or weekly if they get from county websites and the bulk data they get from these county/notices and court websites is it like a web scraper?

Common web sites are useless  so go to tax sites for the county. 

But it is a tangled intricate web of things. 

It is not like most paid mentorships I have heard of where it is a one-time pre-recorded web course then a meeting or two per month and thats it, it is a true community.

There is so much "hype" out there on social media and the web in general that it's hard to know who to trust and who to genuinely learn from.

They'll sell you info that is readily available on the web.
