I call it irresponsible.We do not rent to tenants that have a conviction related to violence, drug dealing, or sexual acts. 

I had a tenant sexually assaulted in a rental unit I owned several years ago by someone she had dated.

So what would your recourse be in the event of misbehavior on the part of the PM?

I've never seen any studies that indicate sexual preference has any impact on credit-worthiness, trust-worthiness or integrity... :)

On another note so many people are against the expansion fo government but on the other hand they have no problem proposing government sanctions for people's sexual behavior.

By class I mean race, religion, sex, marital status, children, and some places age and sexual orientation.
