The issue here is that if the broker you are dealing with does not have a license (you can tell by whether their NMLS number is displayed or not) to originate anything but a DSCR loan, what product do you think you will be sold?

Additionally, many new builds qualify for conventional loan products with favorable terms.

It's a loan product, that instead of putting all the capital purely into acquiring a property, this loan rebates some cash back to you.

Obviously this is more difficult from a logistics perspective, but many NonQM and other lending products are going to flat out deny the rent by the room unless structured this way. 

Otherwise she is actually a nice person, I just think she is a product of her upbringing and unwell. 

After touring many modular factories, I found that modular is a better product than stick-built.  

Production is scheduled to begin in 2025, which is still a few years out. 

No 2nd guessing (nothing wrong with 2nd guessing when it's productive -- but it's a clown show a lot of times.) 

I have not invested with them but if I was interested in that type of product I would setup a call to learn more about them
