I suspect 50k loss and you probably have a PG.. so really depends if Kiavi  bizz practice is to come after folks on the PG if they are still owed money.

Example: look at a standard contract in SC (pg 4) and there is a Megan's Law clause.

I invest in PG County as well as Charles County.  

Try and get them to docusign/authentisign or notarize or produce a POF or know how to do an after inspection request (vs e-mailing the whole 52 pg report)  or complete a disclosure or what have you is a pain. 99% of solo buyers on the street suck and your seller and LA will know that.

There was news recently about the federal government pushing for more “transit oriented development”, so areas in PG, MoCo, and Northern VA could all benefit from this I’d assume. 

for investment deals.And since your a lender where or when have you ever heard Of PG insurance that does not exist.. 

But they still require a PG and are fully recourse.
