Have a 1960s 30 unit single story motel where we are coming up on some end of life issues: the cast iron plumbing is disintegrating underneath bathrooms, radiators are starting to leak, electrical is in poor condition, and just today, discovered significant termite damage affecting multiple rooms.

Hi Joel, I think it's the Verizon ad where the people's heads get all disintegrated lol.  

This week alone I've had an HVAC leak (2yr old unit, defective factory part), a toilet shut off valve washer disintegrate and clog line, and an above range microwave die. 

No matter what you screw into, it going to disintegrate.

In fact the kitchen floor sloped so badly it gave my wife vertigo as she walked through it.Built during the 1890's it was a foundation of stone & river rock held together by a disintegrating binding of some sort.

Over and over this sheeple generation just sits and placidly watches the disintegration.

Looking at current demographic in CA, many cities in this state are actually being saved from further 'disintegration' is because their parent or grandparents bought properties that they can use.

Some of the prices now are unsustainable and it is easy to think you're getting a great deal only to see the neighborhood totally disintegrate.
