Brutal, sorry to hear that.I tell my Cleaners to charge me more if guests leave the place in a truly horrific condition.But I also remind my cleaners to do this sparingly or I’m gonna start asking for cleaning discounts when the place is left tidy.It works out well, if it’s a really bad guest the cleaners will charge me a little more but they do it judiciously so it works out ok
