I wonder if their server is down right now.  

Then if no one waited on you because everyone was busy and the server for your table was not due in for 30 minutes would you go back into the kitchen and cook your own?

So yes servers and cooks have been laid off in record numbers, and how many industries are in a renaissance from this same thing? 

For me, I am a full time university student and part time server, so my time is somewhat limited.

Servers here, demand 20+hr and then a 17% tip on top of it all.

Foundation would be a number concrete pylons, the home gets broken down into flat slabs, trucked to location and craned into place. 60k for site prep and utilities should do it, even though about half would go to well and septic alone.The reason pre-fab makes sense for up north is because you cant buy any building materials in a serveral hour radius, so if you run out of screws, you are pretty much... so much easier to pre-build and truck.
