It was a nightmare.So my friend gave me a CBD oil, which is the medicinal component of marijuana, and also doesn't get you "stoned." 

I got myself one of the new flats for sale in Chrompet and a commercial floor space in a CBD along with few plots in a developing area.

@Tony F.Tony I haven't done the research yet I wonder if more cannabis companies are failing or more CBD companies are failing the CBD industry has become completely commoditized you can now buy CBD in Walgreens (I did extensive research on CBD)So maybe in the future we can buy a weed from CVS???

Now that CBD oil is legal, it'll change the ballgame ;-)

But also, there are so many nuances to cap rate.If you are looking at office space, for instance, are in you CBD or suburbs?  

A lot of the employers have moved from the CBD to areas a bit south of Dayton.

Or maybe it's time to scrape and start over again, bigger and more units, or maybe that bitter taste in your mouth has you thinking mini storage or a parking lot, or green house for one of these CBD outfits.In short think about things in terms of cash flow vs head aches plus time, not doors.

Aside from the Central Business District (CBD) area, rentals are pretty stable.

But house hacking @ 500k could be tricky in the Vancouver market - may be out of reach without more funds or moving away from the CBD.
