I'm still hanging on to my view fixation, perhaps not the best idea, but old habits die hard and view properties have always been winners for me, going back to long before I met my husband (who is a newbie here, too).

You know a die hard fan when they know the minor leaguers.  

For the die hard rent increasers, it probably does only cost that much because the unit is still fresh from the last turnover.

Someone mentioned on here that Smokers (at least some of your die hard ones) will find it hard to leave the house EACH AND EVERY TIME to smoke outside.

I am a die-hard Toyota fan, and for the money you are looking to spend a Corolla would be best.
