Unfortunately many enter this business expecting to be an overnight sensation and think they are going to be able to "fire" their boss by the end of the month.

I also think it weed out the YouTube, overnight sensations, and everybody else simply from a discouragement stand point of showing that is by no means as easy at it looks.

There are ways for you to filter the irritated callers without talking to them directly.Yes, your letter is sensative, but takes a lot of words to say, 'hey, don't get mad at me if you don't like me writing you.'
