I have browsed through the information on the internet, general guidelines, how to maintain/running a lot e.t.c but not sure if its the nitty-gritty :). 

As it stands my knowledge is pretty basic, just what I've learned browsing the forums and gleaming through materials online, but I'm a quick study and want to really make an effort My specific areas of interest are wholesaling, buy and hold for rent purposes, and flipping once I become knowledgeable enough about the Philadelphia market. 

I have been browsing duplexes and triplexes online, to see what the market looks like now.

I browsed the City-Data forum and not found an answer.

I browsed quickly and It seem that the taxes abide by that state that the LLC is registered but not 100% sure. 

@Michael Plaks @Eamonn McElroyAs usual I browse BP for tax forums and am staying up later than I should.I think Pubs 527 & 535 are helpful here...When you refi a rental for a higher amount than the initial balance, the amount over the initial balance is not deductible.

I browsed your website and looks like you only accept cash payment, I do not plan to pay all by cash and prefer financing.  

I don't feel completely comfortable investing in the are without learning everything I possibly can in a market and I don't find that I'm accomplishing that by browsing Zillow.Any help would be greatly appreciated!
