Are there smoke and carbon monoxide detectors on each floor?

What brand of self sealed fire/carbon monoxide detector are people buying for their Baltimore rentals.

One of my favorite complaints was how they replaced a light fixture with a smoke detector which would only work when the light switch was turned on. 

Thirdly, the smoke detector didn’t work.

Our spam detectors a sensitive and if you send the same message in multiple messages it will block you.

However, I know that the lease we now have covers updated requirements like carbon monoxide detectors, which is what I meant with being in line with the PA laws. 

Bedrooms shall comply with the applicable provisions of this code including, but not limited to, the light, ventilation, room area, ceiling height and room width requirements of this chapter; the plumbing facilities and water-heating facilities requirements of Chapter 5; the heating facilities and electrical receptacle requirements of Chapter 6; and the smoke detector and emergency escape requirements of Chapter 7.702.4 Emergency escape openings.

It starts with an application form, lease form, ruels and regulations, smoke detector, pet agreements, move out checklist and five day notice to name a few.

You don't have to say you want to come over and check the air filter or the smoke detector batteries or whatever to keep an eye on the place.
