This was a formula widely promulgated out east here and it was instituted in the 70's when CPI was 7-10%.Legislation stays around long after markets decline, tying a landlord up for a possible week per tenant is horrible.

G'Day everyone,It's your favorite Aussie here lolI've been living in the US for 5+ years now and there is one thing that hasn't stopped happening.And that is regular folks always trying to screw me on price because of my Aussie accent.From the mechanic trying to charge an extra $200 to get brakes replaced to contractors padding bids and doing stupid pricing.Does anyone have suggestions on how to better protect yourself and to avoid this stuff?
