I've seen everyone refer to this process, but then the next minute they're talking about cash out refi with a conventional 30 yr mortgage on the rental.

Before we go full in house, we are really trying to dial in the quoting process, specifically with putting material lists together.

This is a slow process but in that scenerio it gives you experience and a solid foundation to start.

What is the suggested process for this?

I am trying to find notice of default or appointment of trustee in the court documents but they do not have any of those in fort bend countyall I can find is appointment of substitute trusteeis this document too late in the process?
