Our house rules already prohibit the growing of any "crops or plants for the purpose of consumption" and the use of hydroponic growing methods within the units of our buildings - I do not care if they are growing tomatoes, blueberries or cannabis ... it cannot occur inside.

Everyone has access to the kitchen, bathrooms, etc (if it's not a bedroom it's a common area) it's stocked with basics (sugar, coffee, cooking oil, etc), same with bathroom (soap, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gels).
