We provide a selection of coffee and tea, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil and that is basically it. 

During the war they often had a unit added, but in the good old days no one was worried about energy consumption the way we are now.

Our house rules already prohibit the growing of any "crops or plants for the purpose of consumption" and the use of hydroponic growing methods within the units of our buildings - I do not care if they are growing tomatoes, blueberries or cannabis ... it cannot occur inside.

Everyone has access to the kitchen, bathrooms, etc (if it's not a bedroom it's a common area) it's stocked with basics (sugar, coffee, cooking oil, etc), same with bathroom (soap, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gels).

Reed's books can be very technical but, I love the fact that he does not sugar-coat his information just to get your money.

What is your energy consumption?

If it's a smaller sugar ant, you may need something different.
