I check out our local Restore/Habitat for Humanity Warehouse store- they always have nice appliances that are high end and in new condition.

@Stephen DiNanno I have had great luck with Restore Habitat for Humanity and found many varieties while spending 30% or more less than the home improvement stores.

Overall Lowe's is the most expensive out of the 3, but I will shop there if something is on sale.For rentals, one store I use that some people overlook is the Habitat Restore.
