Are the conditions they're exploring for stressors the main ones you think are likely to manifest? 

Not sure if there’s hole in the siding, roofing related, or if it’s a manifestation of the original problem.

Then figure out what it takes to get that strategy, and change your situation to manifest that success.

If they are an addict the negative effect will manifest into tenants terminating earlier even if they do a decent job. 

Put it out into the universe and it may just manifest into something awesome

I'm just trying to take control of my life and manifest my dreams before I end up working 8-hours a day at an average job asking myself "How'd I get here?".

The only thing that didn't change during those years was self serving politicians taking care of themselves and if some crumbs happened to fall into the plates of the ordinary citizens they represented  they thought their own personal existence was truly manifest destiny.  

How can I capture all of these profitable ideas running through my head and manifest a real business model around them; maybe write a book like @J Scott did.
