I don't know all the areas of real-estate you operate in or what strategies you use. but something tells me they are either an idiot or they may know something you do not about that property and either its past or its future. most likely there is something coming down the pike in about 3-5 years. just my thoughts.

They are afforded time by law before an eviction comes down the pike but you can institute your fees on them in the meantime.
