After visiting the area, it felt pretty rough in parts, lots of streets look run down, though there are a few renovated homes mixed in.

You will likely get some bad reviews over this.Are there any other STR'S on this street?

I have a solid plan but no money and I'm not willing to gamble on a first bad deal putting my family on the street.
