I have started taking some steps like speaking with people based in Ohio.

Plumbing, like @Bruce Woodruff said - make sure to do a sewer inspection to see if the main line is clay or broken.

I believe based on some of the comments I have read here, that Buffalo is a similar story--but I only know my market.With that said, Ontario is probably the least desirable of the great lakes.

It’s not based on the LLC’s bracket.

I know there is the San Diego county housing authority payment standards guide based on zip code and # of bedrooms but those numbers are the maximum  subsidy amount.

Investment also spiked in Class A Short-Term Rentals (STR) and investors started paying higher and higher prices based upon anticipated STR rental rates, that exceeded sustainability based upon Long-Term Rental rates (LTR).

Please, please, don't shop for lenders solely based on pricing and fees.
