My kid can suerly do basic bookkeeping.

The vet had to report to the city that my kids cat wasn't licensed, now it has a license.

@Keaton Vols if you are married with kids you have to loosen the purse strings a little and provide.If you are single and hustling forget the dream house for now.  

The note I did with the seller was solid but a seller's kids and relatives can be really annoying.

[2]      Do you think you need mostly office space, or mostly kids training space--like a karate floor sort of situation or something; But it's soccer so wouldn't this most likely be an outdoor field and not a building?

No kidding if there is no Trust deed or mortgage these are simply unsecured prom notes. and to collect on those you need to first file a lawsuit  second get the judgement  third try to collect on said judgement.. sounds to be these borrowers may have set this person up and they fell for it.
