I upload all receipts and invoices and/or timesheets etc to the project management software for the buyer to see the numbers.

What specifically do you need software for? 

Has anyone used privy pro for wholesaling deals? Also where do you get contracts for Colorado market? Does Privy or batchleads help on finding buyers to figure out their buying box? 

FYI: most PMC software includes electronic payments via ACH - for which banks charge fees past a certain amount of transactions.

Separate accounts for every property can get messy fast, so many investors group by LLC or entity and then use software to track property level numbers.

I am a software engineer and real estate investor.

That said, not every rent-increase / renewal notice in NJ includes explicit “notice to vacate” language, and many standard lease software templates omit it.
