I am looking to start my first STR investment before the end of this year with a partner who has a background in real estate as an agent.

Have been in wholesalefor about three years now is going well but I'm looking to slowly dip my toes into multifamily we get those deals, but I don't really know a way to work my way into the deal without putting up large amounts of capital any advice?

I want to repeat this process, ideally even get my hands on a triplex/quadplex, but they are extremely rare in the lower Delaware/Maryland area (even duplexes).

@Leobardo Padillahello. i would recommend against doing this unless you are going to personally go to Dayton to look at properties, build a team, meet your service providers, etc.  

I’m looking to house hack ITP soon (probably westside) and eventually use that flexibility to repeat the process in other markets.
