Thinking more granular about these banking products might add to the safety you seek.What I mean is the Money market at Bank of America pays for instance 4%, the money market at the local Bank of Bricktown Pays 4.5%, and an online outfit is offering 5%.When the SHTF, The local bank, and the online bank may be more likely to fail.

So,  if you are serious and have some experience, you can probably cut a few years off your business development trajectory, and save more than the $15-$20K fee by retaining this outfit.

I got the idea that the people I was talking with simply work for a larger outfit and got paid the same so they didn’t care much for additional properties for the company they may or may not work for a long-term. 

You might as well go with a big outfit such as Buildium or Doorloop.Had the accounting portion been included in the base annual subscription price I might have stuck with it.
