IE great agent creates a team under them and then runs that within the brokerage and leverages other agents in the franchise type model.Also where you ply your trade makes a huge difference if your in RESI sales . most agents that get to the 7 figure income are working high priced markets .. pretty tough to make that kind of money on your own if your average transaction is say 250k compared to 1 mil plus like many areas of the US ..
