Hey share how you raised your  first private money or how did  find your lender?

Some newer investors also work with private lenders or look into local banks or credit unions that understand investor-friendly deals.We’ve built a pretty solid list of lenders who are active in this space and may be a good fit depending on your deal structure.

I'm looking to scale & use private lenders to expedite closing.

So I'd have to come up with the downpayment and figure out a piggy back loan or private investor to cover the rehab costs as well. 

If investment, I do have great contacts for hard money and private money.
