As I’m undecided, my biggest concern is understanding how to calculate the costs of repair to see if a deal is worth it or not.

@Patrick Hendley was wondering how it went on your deal, I am undecided if I should Join100% Percent Finance, Juan Pablo.

But again, I’m torn as I see benefits and challenges with both so really I’m undecided on what I would definitively choose.  

Undecided on wether it will be a multi family, duplex, or a single-family home.

I know that i could buy my next multi family property as a primary residence close by move in, rent half live in the other and than rent where i am now which would cash flow upwards of 1k monthly, or i could buy another multi as strictly an investment property out of state which would be a lot cheaper (taxes and cost of property) and a lot more landlord friendly laws than New York, i guess i’m just undecided on which route i want to take and I’m trying to weigh the pros and cons of each scenario.

This property would be my third investment so I'm undecided on moving forward.

I’m undecided between Blake Choisnet, Nate Barger and Sam Primm.I’ve researched all three extensively and get good vibes from all three.

As for location I'd like to purchase property I'm undecided; wherever isn't going to give me a headache :)..

I am still undecided if it will be a condo or single family home or duplex.
