@scott mac made my coffee spill...Laundry room- not a coin operated one but fluff and fold with a person.On site manager can: sell locks, loan tools for a fee, sell candy or soda machine, babysitting, rent bikes, rent ebikes, sell rolling baskets, sell or rent wagons (radio flyer or the canvas ones), rent out a pick up truck, sell security devices, sell mini air conditioners...Most these things require a person to be on site to stock, secure, and sell the items.Saturday bbq for sale plate of whatever Rent parking spaces.

Luckily our framing crew is well versed is this type of remedial work, and really even though it may sound expensive, adding piers, beams, and reinforcing / jacking up the existing floor system isn't that big a deal and is relatively INEXPENSIVE if you have the right contractors on your crew.After a throughout inspection and measurement of the perimeter walls, existing piers, and existing floor system, my engineer produces what appears to be a medieval torture device

There may be something shared by the two units or with the common area, such as a water heater or furnace.Check the breaker panels to see if there's any cross-over between units.It could be that one tenant doesn't use much electric while the other one uses a lot of electric devices.

If you go to your local library it is highly possible they are a part of Hoopla... which is a service that lets you check out books online and download them to your device... so you could read it for free... but is usually in bookstores too.I can tell you it usually takes about 20% -25% down to buy a rental property that you won't live in.

Hello @Rasheed-mass Ali,For my mtr office I have the following:-Good sized desk with two or more drawers -Computer chair (rated for seating 6-8 hours)-Chair mat- Desk lamp with phone charging hub (mine offers wireless charging, but there are some that can plug a USB charger)- Pens, notedpad, scissors (I.e basic office supplies)- High speed WiFi (I offer hard wired high speed internet with an Ethernet cable, and the combo modem/router let’s them connect all of their devices)-Make sure that there are plenty of electrical outlets for your guests to plug devices into.Cheers,Melissa
