not sure if i can keep breaker with blank label also outlet under 6 ft from water i.e sink/cloth-washer/bathroom etc should have gfci, even if its at the end of the circuit.... so not adding new circuit, but there is something about separate neutral for gfci circuit as wellin garage i can find the first circuit and add gfci there.

Be sure to pay your mortgages on time as well as any other bills that may get reported to the lender such as taxes if they’re not escrowed and the water and sewer bills.

At the end of the day, it is your policy.If your agent is not being helpful, I would recommend: Water backup, flood, seepage (if offered by the company), Additional replacement cost of at least 25%, ordinance or law coverage of at least 10%, personal injury protection, and loss of income protection for at least 1 year of anticipated income.
