All property management companies must be supervised/affiliated with a licensed real estate broker, and many day-to-day management activities must be carried out by a licensed real estate agent.My view is that this regulation has actually caused stagnation and decay in the industry, resulting in a lack of innovation & disruption.

While it might just be my personal bias, moving into a neighborhood with a lot of construction wouldn't appeal to me as a renter as I'd have to deal with disruptions, dirt/mud, noise.

Increasing the thickness of the drywall means there are at least two areas where the density disrupts the waves a bit more than normal. quite rock qorks because the material makes it harder for the wave to transfer not simply because it is thicker.

For now I suspect you’re right that there’s enough for everybody, but I think people underestimate the ability of the financial world to disrupt markets. 82k units cost them 10 billion, there’s hundreds of billions behind that yet potentially.

We already (finally) have another tenant in there so there is no way I can see how that would be fair to the new tenants to allow the old tenants to disrupt their lives by asking them to move furniture, take time out of their day, etc. so they can come and re-inspect the damages.
