Unbelieveable, closing happened on Friday, but I cant get funding done.

The amount of scamming going on out there is unbelievable, BUT, if you slow down a lot of it is easy to spot.

Unbelievable - sounds like an attempt to steal private property (ie the fruit of one’s labor).

I’ve found Bill Mencarow and Tom Henderson to be great teachers of note investing  Bill is the founder of paper source and Tom teaches a calculator class that provides unbelievable value.

I met my best friends and made unbelievable connections in college that I didn't realize at the time.Plus, I partied like a rockstar.

Quite honestly, the knowledge you would gain by being in a self storage or Mobile Home park or Apartment Value-add deal for instance, and gaining experience owning and seeing operations of that asset is so unbelievably valuable.All this also sets you up to ramp up your education and with experience investing in these deals, and seeing the operations and reports, will launch you into possibly finding your own deals in these asset classes.This is an Exponential Business, its not fair at all, the ones who have experience get more brokers calling them get more syndicators reaching out, get more loans from banks.Deploying this lump sum into multiple deals super charges your learning and trajectory.

This is a personal thanks for the hard work and effort that Brandon Kroon put forth in getting my most recent round of funding secured within a few short weeks; totally unbelievable!
