and I second Steves comments on Morby sub too is nothing new my dad did the 60s and I sure people did them before that along with wraps and well everything we sold was owner finance when the rates skyrocketed in the Carter years its de ja vu all over again.. so thats the new hot ticket.. but it makes sense there are things you need to do though NOT really for yourself the risk is totally on the seller in these transactions and we know how protecting the seller gets glossed over so many times.

If they do excavations it may be worth getting the line either spot repaired or replaced especially if they are terra cotta lines.
