If you were in your mid twenties with about 25k in the bank how would you start your real estate investment journey?

I agree that those who got started in RE in their twenties are way ahead..... if only I would have known back then what I know now, but I am thankful for what I have been learning the past few years.

I purchased my first investment property in '04 and have flipped or held on to a little more than twenty properties over the years.

Too bad my twenties are over and we’re thinking about children... but it gives me some ideas!
