I have a Heeler rescue lady near me who has 27 dogs at any one time.

I talked to a Lady in Nashville and walked her through the process and she was able to do this and made some pretty spectacular gains on recreating old parcels.

. :-) Even if you win the war, loosing the battle can easily wipe out all your profits and more.Think about that recent CA AirBnB case where the lady was in the guest house for almost 2 years with no rent?  

I had one C/O bring me a lady with four duplexes, that I wholesaled for $18k each.

We have recently been informed that the lady who passed did not have a will in place and her daughter and son want nothing to do with the property.

For example, I know a lady in my local market that is very successful in the land business and has developed a niche that cashflows very nicely, without a lot of stress, as she puts it though I can't imagine how that is possible. 

Across ten doors I've had three turnovers in five years and one of the ladies that moved out (she wanted a larger house) still calls me occasionally to see if I have something available again. 

I'm a high achiever, miniature boss-lady with a 140 IQ and an undergrad in mathematics.

A couple of days ago, both my realtor and I called her number to follow up and the lady says the number does not belong to my tenant i.e. she's a diff person.
