We ended up choosing a smaller outfit that had a bad event about 3 yrs ago you can find here.  

I like to spend extra and outfit my properties with good quality.

The property has been outfitted wall to wall with luxury waterproof vinyl flooring.

You can outfit the complex with sub-meters.

Not sure if it matters, but the whole building and all units have a fire suppression system and other things needed for a commercial building since the 1st two floors are commercial, the city made us make the entire building outfitted with a fire suppression system and wireless notification.

Lots of bigger outfits do well with these mediums.

I currently work with one outfit that does this.

If it cost me $12k to outfit the property with 10% interest, then that's another $1.2k of debt service.

Hi Julian,Being a property manager, vs. being a GREAT property manager, which is a whole different level of commitment.If you want to be a property manager in business for yourself, you could learn from a bigger outfit like greystar for a couple of years and draw a W2 from them.If you want to manage class B or C, managing a class A will not give you the boots on the ground experience you need very much.

Because quite a lot of Home Depot/Lowe's stuff is right up there as far as the carcasses go, and if you want a higher-end look all you have to do is veneer the frames and change out the doors from a refacing outfit to get pretty much anything you want.
