I lease because trucks are stupid expensive, but when you lease them you can get a nice payment for a brand new rig that doesn't break down at all.

I actually got a couple referrals from investors ("Cookie Cutter investors") but those attorneys weren't really familiar with creative deal making.I have also search across the internet and i found some attorneys but they are located to far away from me.

If I were to try to do this with a normal cookie cutter rental house, I doubt I would have as half as much bookings and probably a much lower price.

Some of these chains are offering complete management of cookie cutter and uniform style apartments (with their $$ cut of course) ranging anywhere from 45,000 to 100,000 per unit.
