Just brainstorming. 

We brainstorm a while on some things, but in the end the decision is mine.  

Some parameters I'd like to stay within: - no rent concessions- ideally very inexpensive - $5 or less for each person (if it costs anything at all) - minimal coordination and time needed to execute I'm trying to brainstorm creative ideas and so far have come up with the following: - Note of Gratitude - a personal letter to the resident on a nice card that is handwritten and simply says thank you for being part of the community - Portrait of Family Drawn by Artist - go on Fiverr.com and get it done for $5.

Just brainstorming with people in the profession as there has to be a better solution with todays tech.I don't like to put the address on my keys also because of liability issues and I'm human and could lose them.

I am trying to brainstorm better ways to invest 120K, instead of 20% down payment for a primary residence in CA.I am considering buying a SFH or duplex in regions I would like to relocate to in future (Nashville, Orlando, Charleston).I live 90 minutes from Bakersfield which is a rare affordable market in Southern CA. 

We are a property management company in central Indiana and are brainstorming the biggest concerns of out of state investors.
