Hi All,I'm looking at a piece of vacant land that I could get an extremely good price on. It's small, around 3 or 4k square ft, but enough to build on. The flip side is that it is boarded by other single family owners...

I've brainstormed ideas with her about various financing options ... but I'm afraid I simply don't have the experience to provide any real solutions.

What I recommend you start with is brainstorming an afternoon and work through numbers to get there and work backwards.

I unfortunately am a brainstormer personality, so the evaluation process it torture ;-)

Ask my husband.But I don't generally ask advice or for suggestions unless I'm in a brainstorming mode.....where I'm actually open to considering the opinions of others.What's weird about this thread is that we are talking one agent's opinion.
