My dog and kids bring a ton of dirt into my house so I own a rug doctor I use to clean the carpets and I always vacuum and mop. 

From a portfolio primarily in FL we are roughly 40% Airbnb, 25% VRBO, 20% Other OTA (Marriott, Booking.com, JetBlue and Allegiant Airlines, and more), and about 15% direct bookings. 

They made airlines stop doing it, follow up with short term housing. 

I'm not going to look that up, but ok if someone wants to prove me wrong on that.HDQ to 3 of the 5 major US airlines....amazing to me how there are basically flights every hour from DFW to places like LAX, MIA, LGA, HOU, AUS, Chicago. 

It will need vacuuming from time to time.Hard to beat for $89!

Eric,    My advise to you/your friend is to actually take a walk through the property, and try to fix the easy stuff, missing door knobs, replace light bulbs, fix the gutters, vacuum the rugs, clean the place, deodorize etc...  

I vacuum with a shop vac twice, then I mop it with bleach water and let it dry, then I vacuum it again, then I lay the flooring.

We're going to have a plumber vacuum the cleanout for the whole house to be sure there's nothing else.3.

Some of the major airlines finally cracked down on this in 2021 and no longer allow emotional support animals on planes.

It's the commercial airliner - water landing scenario (which was awesome).
